Dawn offers a range of tests to suit most needs. If there is something you need testing for that is not here, please contact Dawn on 01206 735 780. In addition to the test fee there will be a consultation fee to discuss your results and action plan.
Hair analysis
This non invasive test requires a lock of your untreated hair to be sent to away for analysis. Dawn will then discuss your results together with dietary changes that will help improve your health.

Blood tests
If you are looking for a specific list of foods to eat and avoid then a small blood test is going to be of interest to you. There is a range of tests to suit the individuals needs.
FoodScan 113
A unique service which analyses a person’s blood through a simple pinprick test kit to identify food intolerances (or delayed onset food allergies). This is a two stage test; the basic First Step Food Intolerance Test lets you know whether you have raised IgG antibodies, the second stage in-depth test covers 113 foods.
This is the only food intolerance test endorsed by Allergy UK.

Homocysteine
This is emerging as being more predictive than cholesterol testing in assessing heart disease risk. Elevated homocysteine levels are believed to increase the risk of heart disease and strokes independent of other risk factors - This test can measure these levels from a few droplets of blood.

LiverCheck
Tests specifically for damage to liver cells by testing for two enzymes – ALT and AST. These enzymes are usually present inside liver cells, however damage to the liver can cause more ALT and AST to leak into the blood. This test can therefore be an important indicator of liver damage.

This is a service that helps monitor the status of gut health and provides detailed information to help optimise digestive health. The test is a stool test and we test for different bacteria, yeast and moulds to see whether the gut ecology is in balance.

Liquid Mineral Taste Test
With depleted soils used to grow our crops, many of us eating a healthy diet are still deficient in the nutrients our body needs. These deficiencies can affect our health.
