Some people feel meditation is easy, and we should all be able to do it. But if it was that easy, we would all do it without support, and as a nation, we do not.
Having someone to guide you through a meditation journey is a really special experience. It takes all the thinking and stress out of it. You do not have to think about the type of meditation you want to have, or manage your mind, you just need to show up and go with the flow.

Group Meditation Classes
Meditation gives you space in your mind to connect with your inner wise self, but is your meditation time effective? That is always a good question to ask yourself.
Dawn's classes take you on a journey to help you clear your mind of debris that may be causing you dis-ease. At each class we cover a topic and go on a deep journey to help free up space in your mind, and refresh your perspective.
May be you just need space each week to relax... chill.... let go or switch off, these classes will do that for you too. They will help you slow down, chill out and let go of some of lifes fast and stressful pace, allowing you time to search for some of your answers to find a closer connection to your state of peace.
On-line classes are held Monday evenings, 7.45pm to 8.45pm (via zoom link).
In person classes are also held in Person at West Mersea WI Hall Thursday's (10.45am to 11.45pm).
In person classes are made by arrangement (please see below for more information).
Regular group meditation sessions are £10 per person.
Dawn also holds quarterly seasonal Meditation sessions both on-line and at West Mersea WI. These sessions are a perfect way to help you connect with nature and the seasons. They are extended sessions, and so your investment is a little more than the regular sessions.

Personal 1 - 2 - 1 meditation sessions in the Garden Room (or via Zoom)
1 to 1 tailored meditation session just for you - your first session will have a little time spent of history taking and your goals so that future sessions can be more focused and tailored to your needs.
Please wear comfortable clothing so you can relax, and also bring a bottle of water. Mats, cushions and blankets are available on site for your comfort.
Your investment in the private session is £55 per hour. A prepaid course of 6 private meditation sessions (each session 1 hour long) is £290 (a saving of £40!). The session can be either in person, or via zoom.
