Each session features healing music to elevate your energy and mood. Every 8 weeks, we offer extended meditation classes for those seeking a deeper practice aligned with the changing seasons. Choose between pay-as-you-go options or a monthly class pass, which includes access to replays, seasonal meditations, and monthly Health Empowerment sessions at a discounted rate.

Group Meditation Classes
Meditation provides an opportunity to create mental space and connect with your inner wisdom.
In Dawn's classes, you will embark on a journey to clear your mind of any clutter that may contribute to your unease. Each session delves into a specific topic, guiding you on a profound exploration to declutter your mind and rejuvenate your perspective.
Whether you simply seek a weekly opportunity to unwind, relax, and detach from the daily grind, these classes are tailored to meet those needs as well. They are designed to help you slow down, unwind, and release the grip of life's rapid and stressful pace, offering you the time and space to explore your inner tranquillity and find the answers you seek for a deeper connection to peace.
On-line classes are held Monday evenings, 7.45pm to 8.45pm (via zoom link).
Sessions are £10 per person.
Approximately every 8 weeks, the regular 1 hour Monday session is replaced with an extended seasonal meditation. The class lasts for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (depending upon group size). These sessions are a perfect way to help you connect with nature and the seasons. These sessions include access to the replay for 1 week, and are £25 for the session and week of access.
If you would like to take advantage of the monthly class pass, you will receive access to all meditation classes, meditation replays, and the natural health empowerment replays, along with other helpful meditation materials, all for just £35 a month. (Please note there are no classes on bank holidays)

Personal 1 - 2 - 1 meditation sessions
Sessions can be either in person or via Zoom. At your first 1 to 1 session we will spend a little time working out your aims and needs so that future sessions can be more focused and tailored to your needs.
Please wear comfortable clothing so you can relax, and also bring a bottle of water. Mats, cushions and blankets are available on site for your comfort.
Your investment in the private session is £55 per hour. A prepaid course of 6 private meditation sessions (each session 1 hour long) is £290 (a saving of £40!). The session can be either in person, or via zoom.
