Raw Muesli
This is a really simple recipe that you can make up in advance and eat as and when you wish.
First - select your storage box or tin (so you can vary the quantity you can make)
What you need
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup of coconut chips or desiccated coconut (optional)
1/2 cup sultanas or other vine fruit (go for sulphur and sugar free)
cinnamon to taste (optional)
bee pollen / hemp seed / goji berries also make great additions
any nuts of your choice (optional)
What you need to do
Put all the ingredients in the storage box, put the lid on tight and give it a good shake - ta-da.
Muesli! - You can try varying the recipe with nuts or other spices such as ginger or mixed spice - what is your favourite!
Serve with yogurt or soak over night in the fridge with apple juice or your favourite milk or nut/ seed mylk - or even water.
