​F*R*E*E Bite Size Health Empowerment

When you are learning how to use natural therapies, a lot of information in one go can seem an overwhelm. That is why these sessions are designed to help you discover how you can help yourself to stay well with key knowledge, the right tools and an understanding of natural remedies to have in your cabinet.  

At each session we will identify the main symptoms of the condition, self help you can use, nutrition, herbs, homeopathic remedies, flower remedies (if appropriate) and other therapies that may support (again, where appropriate).

All of the material is presented with full colour slides and imagery (as part of the video) to help you absorb the information in your own way.

Upon booking you will be sent a zoom link for the event. If  you have any questions you would like covered in the recorded part of the presentation, please send your questions in advance (at least 3 days before if possible) and I will build the answers into the presentation for you.

There will also be an unrecorded part to the session (for confidentiality) where there is time for questions and answers. Please have pen and paper with you to make notes if you would like to,

If you would like to have access to the recording, this will be available (usually within 24hours) on my new Natural Health Empowerment area.  A link to this will be available here soon. This site will have a small monthly charge to cover the cost of hosting etc. If you choose to join the site, you will have access to all previous  and present recordings as long as you are a member.  The fee will be monthly and you will be able to cancel at any time.

If you choose to join the Natural Health Empowerment area to watch the videos again, you will also receive up to 2 short emails a month letting you know when the next session is and to advise the video is available to watch. I will not share your information with anyone else.

If you are already a member of my meditation portal, all recordings will be available there at no extra charge.
