Smooth Raw Chocolate
Ingredients
60g melted raw cacao butter (melt in a bowl over a pan of very hot but not boiling water)
3 tablespoon of lucuma
3 tablespoon of raw carob powder
1 tablespoon "green stuff" (from natures pharmacy)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
What you need to do
In a bowl over hot (not boiling) water, Stir the vanilla essence in to the cacao butter. then add the mixed powders and stir in before mixing with a stick blender to make a smooth silky liquid chocolate. Pour into individual silicon chocolate moulds / silicon ice cube trays and
freeze until set.
Enjoy - but try to make them last :)
(NOTE - lucuma makes a milky flavour chocolate - for a darker chocolate flavour omit the lucuma and add extra carob
For a mint chocolate omit vanilla essence and add either a handful or minced mint leaves or natural peppermint essence to taste. )
