Sunday Forest Schools
This may seem a bit of an odd addition to my work, but there is a huge connection with what I do and the holistic ethos of Forest Schools. I have held forest schools for home schooled children for many years - and one of their greatest joys and classrooms was the great outdoors. Within our outdoor environment we can connect to our history and heritage, our sciences and our need for connection. In fact, much of our curriculum can be learnt whilst enjoying nature.
It is wonderful to see children connect and de-stress in nature, yet at the same time absorb and learn so much without effort
I enjoy sharing natural craft outdoor skills with those who attend the sessions. The ethos of Forest School includes regular sessions to help build confidence, skills and relationships. for this reason I ask that you book a block of sessions to discover about yourself and your environment. We all learn so much from enjoying the seasons and nature around us.

Forest school sessions are child focused and child lead (though I do provide options for children who are not sure what they would like to do to start with)
Age range is 2 to 12 (If you need to bring younger children, please get in touch prior to booking)
A parent is essential for children age 8 and under and suggested for all children with special education needs.
Sessions are £8.00 per session per child (or all 4 sessions for £28.00 per child) and are for 2 hour sessions -held on private land in Brightlingsea (address is provided upon booking). There is free parking available.
Dates available are:-
Sunday 1st September 1pm to 3pm
Sunday 6th October 1pm to 3pm
Sunday 3rd November 1pm to 3pm
Sunday 1 December 1pm to 3pm
