F R E E Meditation Challenge!

You can join in with this challenge via email, Facebook or both, what ever suits your personal style.
I have created this challenge as a way to help you. I know that stress is a major causative factor to ill health, and whilst I can not directly stop the things that stress you, I can help you with your response to the stress.
If you would like to:
- Feel more in control.
- Feel supported in learning a skill for life.
- Connect with other like minded people who also want to meditate (and may also struggle).
- Slow down a little.
Each day for 4 days we will explore another aspect of meditation, then I will hold your hand a little longer. There is space for you to ask your questions. There is space for you.
