Foraging and Woodland Experiences
Do you sometimes feel you need to just have a break from it all - but there is not the time or head space to sort it out?
After years of searching, my ideal retreat was found, a private place with woodland, fresh sea air, and the melody of song birds all around you - and also with the genuine feel of being in the middle of no where!
These sessions are aimed for adults - so it is a space to enjoy and discover your self, and your inner child. We have sessions to enjoy foraging (and creating with your finds) natural crafts, cook on a camp fire, relax under a tree, mediate, touch base with nature... or just connect and be.
These sessions are limited to 8 adults at a time, so you always be part of a small group.
We have the benefit of a simple, natural log shelter, so that what ever the weather, you will feel comfortable.
Sessions are held in Brightlingsea, where there is off road parking. The address will be provided upon receipt of booking and payment.
For Autumn 2020 we have the follow Sunday sessions:
27th September - Sloes
11th October - Hawthorn (Haws)
18th October - Rosehips
Friday 30th October - Sloes
Sunday 15th November - Sloes
