How are your reflections getting on.
As you journal and note what comes up, it is easy to think bad of yourself. It is easy to look at what you write and think, how awful must I be, or why have I felt that, or what ever did I do that for.
I ask you, if you feel those things, write them down also. Write it all out for they are all natural, and you can not move past the thought until you have worked on it.
Just as it is natural for a child to go through stages, we are all still just children, we are just further along the path.
So, are you making friends with your emotions. Are you making friends with yourself?
