Sometimes we sense something in our life is just not right, yet we are not able to shift it ourselves. Sure - we may know what we need to do. We get the theory, we know how to change our diet, but it is as if we are set on a pattern that we cannot break ... and that is when you are likely to say "what is the point, I might as well give up now".
