Over the coming nights we will work together, exploring what we want to map out and aim to create.
There is no right or wrong way to do this, what ever you can manage is better than not doing anything at all, so please do not shy away for fear of wrong doing.
Tonight is the first of the wholy nights, It is from sunset on 24th December to sunset on 25th December, so you have plenty of time to prepare and enjoy this process
Ideally have a notebook or journal to hand (you may want one journal to use just for this annual process, or your current yearly journal, or just some sheets of paper... make it yours and do it your way).
If you can, have a candle to sit by as you work, it will help you relax and calm.
Have a space that feels comfortable and relaxed and safe to sit and be in. The calmer you feel, the more constructive you will find the sessions.
Find a time that is going to work for you, what ever that time may be.
Aim to eat to keep you feeling well and hydrated. Your brain will feel better for being nurtured with good food and water, and not being over fed.
So, tonight, find you place, space, comfort and calm, and sit and contemplate the year past, what has not worked, what has worked, what would you like different in the coming year... what can you ask for with the coming year. Tonight we reflect on our goals for the whole year ahead. What would you like to manifest (of course for the greater good of all, and the detrement of none).
Take as long as you need and enjoy the journaling process (write as little or as much as you desire.
