How are you getting on? Have you faced any Gremlins yet?
Or maybe you have put off starting your journey.
If you have been putting it off, start now. It may not be a full 13 nights, but it is a start, it is an intention. It will still bring you some benefit and help you work towards the New Year that you desire.
Gremlins - They may emerge. They will be in there lurging, they are the thoughts that creep in when you feel low, and can put negativity or sabotage into your actions. If they come up - good. Greet them, say hello. They are an old friend after all, and once may have served you a purpose. Now it is time to say good bye, and release them. As you reflect on them, you may feel a whole host of emotions. It is okay. Let those emotions flow, journal them. As you clear the space, you will create room for new emotions and experience. This is where you note and reflect on what you would like.
So, what would you like?
Make it positive, instead of saying I do not want xyz, say, I would like (what ever the positive is). Here is an example to conside. I no longer want to be ill, instead say "I want to feel vibrant and healthy and enjoy life". Remember, by saying this you will be asking your body to start making decisions to help you on your new path. You may falter on this path, that too is okay. Just for today, what do you want.
