As a child, we often made sweets as gifts. Coconut ice, peppermint creams, they were fun to make, but i always felt quite sick after the creative session (because of course - you have to taste them to make sure they are okay!)
Now I am possibly a little wiser, and only like to use ingredients that have a nutiritonal value.
I have a couple of recipes that make wonderful nourishing treats. It is nice to pop them in a cute paper box, or pretty jar with a ribbon around them.
The Raw chocolates ideally need to be kept in a cool place.
