Once upon a time they would have been free, but with our shrinking countryside, there is less availability.
Fear not, there is a really easy solution. In addition to your Christmas tree, you can bring in sprigs (or plants) or rosemary and thyme. Adorn your Kitchen window ledge with these herbs to use in your winter culinary delights, and you will help keep your self healthier with all of the phytonutrients in them.
A simple recipe to help balance bloodsugars, support eye health, brain health and also memory is rosemary tea.
For this you need a sprig of (ideally) fresh rosemary. Place it in a cup or mug and poor boiling water over it. Add honey and a slice of fresh lemon to taste. Allow to infuse until cool enough to drink. Then enjoy.
It is that simple.
