This is yet another newsletter on COVID 19 - and I am sorry to have sent so many newsletters to you in such a short space of time, given I generally average about 4 a year!
What I am doing
I figure the best way to lead is by example, so I thought I would share what I am doing.
1 - Hand washing, I use natural soap with antiviral properties - regularly!
2- I moisturise my poor washed hands with a great hand lotion with antiviral properties every day
3 - I have immune defense Vitali-Chi Aromafrequency in my clinic and home everyday
4 - If I go out, I take with me immune defense aura and room condition spray, and spritz myself as needed, and also use the hand sanitiser, again, as needed.
5 - I am taking my remedies, as mentioned in a previous newsletter, along with supplements, every day.
6 - I have my immune defense wellbeing gel to hand for my family and myself, should I need it.
7 - I am eating healthily, so fresh is best.
8 - I am not stockpiling. I live life with a little reserve in my cupboard, so when life goes pear shaped, I can manage a couple of days before shopping. That saves me stress and pressure.
9 - I am cleaning my equipment with immune defense, as listed above, so that you can rest that it is clean.
10 - I am taking time to breath - this rapid change of events can send one into a spin. Remember, you are in control of your world, even if the outside world is spinning, you do not have to.

Changes to clinic
I am open as normal, and am working with clients in person (only if essential) and distance work (preferred) . If working via distance, we can work via whats app, telephone, zoom or other social media means. If I have worked with you before, I am able to work with most of my services (including bio-feedback), if I have not, I can still work with you, but please get in touch for a quick chat or message to evaluate how we can work best together. If you are unsure, please message me.
Treatment plans will be set out for you clearly, and then a treatment package will be posted to you - so if you are in isolation, you do not need to leave the home.
If you have family members or friends who would like natural support at this time, please do ask them to get in touch (or link to me via a private group messenger or whats app) and ask them to mention you - so you both receive a refer a friend thank you.
If you have a quick query, I will help you for no charge, if you have an extensive query, then I charge an acute rate of £15 for 15 minutes, remedies are charged at 4.00 each and postage at 1.50 for small large letter orders. other wise it is 3.95
I do encourage my clients to build a kit at home, so if you have remedies from previous appointments, I encourage you to use them as part of your treatment - keeping costs low. Remember
, if you have a full appointment, I will send you your treatment.
I have worked with many clients this week (at little or no charge) so if I do not get back to you immediately, please remind me after 24 hours (or sooner if urgent) as I am doing my best to prioritise giving advice and support, dispensing and placing orders and posting out - all is up to speed as I write
